The 2013 San Bernardino / Los Angeles High Times Medical Cannabis Cup took place the weekend of February 16th and 17th culminating with the awards ceremony Sunday night. Awards were given for best sativa, indica, glass, edible, product, concentrate, and of course the Lifetime Achievement Award which was given to Tommy.
